Frequently asked questions
Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG?
Yes. A full HEIC decoder is loaded into your browser, so .heic and .heif photos from iPhone are converted to JPEG/PNG/WebP locally — the photos are not uploaded.
Why convert HEIC to JPG?
HEIC saves space on iPhone but many websites, Windows PCs and upload forms cannot open it. JPEG opens everywhere.
What happens to transparency?
PNG and WebP keep transparency. JPEG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background colour you choose (white by default).
Can I convert SVG to PNG?
Yes — SVG is rendered at its natural size and exported as a raster image. This is useful when a site or document only accepts PNG/JPG.
Is there a file size limit?
No server limit exists because nothing is uploaded. Very large images are limited only by your device memory.
